Keven

Keven

Keven is at home in the outdoors. In fact, he loves hunting, fishing, bike riding and swimming. “He likes participating in Special Olympics basketball and baseball,” says Keven’s worker. Although he spends the majority of his time outside, Keven also enjoys watching WWE on TV. “His favorite wrestler is Roman Reigns and looks to him as a father figure,” the worker says. When he’s watching sports outside, Keven likes to pretend that he’s a sports commentator. When the dinner bell rings, Keven likes to come running for his favorite meal, macaroni and cheese. When asked if he could go anywhere in the world, he chose Florida because it’s warm all the time. Keven also has attributes that would make him a good addition to a forever family; namely, he is kind, bright and joyful. Keven is very charismatic and always brightens the room he is in. When he’s asked about the qualities he wants in a future forever family, Keven says he wants one who can take care and will love him.

All in all, Keven’s is a respectful young boy who has been making a great amount of progress with his goals. Though he struggles at times, Keven responds positively to redirection. Keven benefits from the support services he receives.

Keven would do best with a mom and dad who are experienced. His new parents must be knowledgeable of the impact of trauma on a child and strong advocates for the services that will help Keven. Keven would do best as the youngest or only child in his new forever family. Keven does best with structure and routine, and he responds well when informed ahead of time if plans for the day will change. Finally, Keven loves animals and wants a family who has pets, especially if it’s a puppy.
