VICTORIA

Victoria is a witty youth who has an opinion about everything. She is very strong-willed and intelligent. She is very feminine and, at times, precocious. She loves to sing, and the world is her stage. Victoria loves to read, attend church and shop. Victoria struggled with learning she could not live with her mother anymore and finds it challenging to accept change. As such, she needs a loving and supportive adoptive family who can provide unconditional love, structure and consistency. She would benefit from being an only child or the youngest sibling in the home.
