Jayden

Jayden

Jayden loves the outdoors, especially when he finds some bugs to play with. Playing basketball is another favorite activity whether it’s indoors or out. Jayden loves shooting hoops after school and enjoys participating in organized ball as much as possible. Jayden also loves coloring, drawing pictures and reading. He loves animals so much that he dreams of having some when he finds his future forever family. “Jayden would like to live on a farm with cows, chickens and horses, particularly a brown horse,” says his worker. “Jayden would like a pet hamster in his new forever home.” Even though he likes hamsters and horses, Jayden says his favorite animal is the rhino. His favorite food is macaroni and cheese and his favorite colors are blue, green and purple. Overall, Jayden is a helpful young boy who elicits smiles from others. “Jayden has a great personality and enjoys making other people laugh,” says his worker.

“Jayden can be quiet at times but is very friendly once you get to know him,” says his worker. He can struggle at times with behavior and receives services to help him manage his feelings. In school, Jayden receives assistance to help him function at his best, and he generally does well academically. He says math is his favorite subject.

Jayden would do best with two experienced parents who are patient with and understanding of him. His new parents must be strong advocates for the services that will help Jayden function at his best. His new forever family must be able to provide structure and consistency. They also must be open to letting Jayden continue the appropriate relationships that are important to him. Finally, Jayden would do best as the youngest child in his new forever family.
