SYDNEY
Leiah has a strong sense of style and dreams of becoming a fashion designer. She hopes to one day visit New York to explore the garment district and immerse herself in the world of fashion. When she isn’t designing or reading, she enjoys going to the mall, getting her hair and nails done, and going out for pizza, especially with jalapenos, or sushi. Describing herself as sweet, fun, and a little bit stubborn, Leiah is full of energy and has a vibrant personality. She is very independent, mature, and emotionally intelligent. School is important to Leiah, and she thrives in a learning environment. She is highly motivated and enjoys expanding her knowledge.
An adult close to Leiah describes her as incredibly self-aware, kind, generous, and apologetic. “She has been through a lot in her young life, which has made her strong and resilient. She has had to grow up quickly and has learned to rely on herself, but she still holds onto hope for a family who will love and support her.”
Leiah would do best with two parents who are experienced, and trauma informed. In addition, Leiah would do best as the youngest child in the home. Leiah is looking for a forever family who will be patient, understanding, and fully committed to her. Her future family should be dedicated to supporting her while providing a stable, nurturing, and creative environment where she can thrive. Most importantly, she needs a family that will stand by her side as she learns to develop trust and build lasting connections.
