Grant Me Hope will be holding its second annual Family FunFest Fundraiser from 3-7 p.m. Sept. 23!
Grant Me Hope’s second annual community fundraiser is perfect for families, providing a little something for everyone.
The event includes a Semi-truck show and carnival games from which little ones will come away with a full goody bag! Admission to Nelis’ Dutch Village with its Ferris wheel, carousel, swing ride, petting zoo and historical village are included. A pig roast or hot dog dinner will be provided.
The Family Funfest Fundraiser is scheduled for 3-7 p.m. Sept. 23, 2017, at the Holland Town Center, 12330 James St. Holland.
Last fall at its first event, dubbed “Going National,” Grant Me Hope announced its plans to take nationwide its mission to educate the public about the plight of foster children who age out of the system alone. Each truck in the show had an educational placard attached to the rear of its trailer. The same will be true of this year’s event.
The suggested donation is $20 per person.
Multiple sponsorship opportunities are available including that of Title Sponsor. For more about information about becoming a sponsor, please contact Grant Me Hope Development Director Marilyn Sullivan Cudahy at 616-617-9883.
If you own Semi-truck, a trucking company or a company that has a truck and you’re interested in participating in the truck show, please contact Grant Me Hope Founder Helen Zeerip at 616-836-7949 for details.
