Tyina

Tyina

Just call her Tyina the ballerina since she wants to be a dancer when she gets older. Or a chef or a baker. Tyina is well on her way to that latter career because she takes the most pride in “making brownies, cakes and cookies that taste good,” she says. If you hand her a menu, chances are she’ll pick out “pizza, macaroni, spaghetti, salad, tacos, dessert … anything with chocolate except dark chocolate,” she says about her favorite foods. Her favorite colors are pink, purple, sky blue, burgundy red, yellow, orange and gold, and her favorite animals are pandas, bunnies, cats, kittens and puppies. Tyina says she pretty much likes all holidays. “I like to celebrate with others and all the activities that go with them,” she adds. That down-to-earth attitude goes well with Tyina’s favorite activities. She gets a kick out of playing games such as Uno, Twister and Life. Tyina likes riding bikes and going to carnivals. She enjoys spending time with friends by talking, going to the mall and having sleepovers. If she could go anywhere, Tyina would travel to Hawaii “because I want to explore everything there is to do there.” She’d like to do all those favorite activities and more a future forever family. Most of all, Tyina says she just wants to enjoy their company.

“Tyina can be very empathetic and caring,” says one of her close adults. “She is a good at listening to others, using her critical thinking skills and likes to help others. Tyina enjoys talking about her future and the types of goals she has for herself like becoming a baker as she has a passion for baking desserts.”

Tyina would do well in almost any forever family, but her new parent or parents should be experienced. Tyina’s new forever family must make sure she receives the services she needs to thrive. Finally, Tyina would do best as the only child in the home.
