Congratulations Noah!

Carolyn is an intelligent young lady who loves all things science! It’s definitely her favorite class and she loves getting to do all sorts of cool experiments to see how things work! She’s a big sports fan and is excited for the upcoming football season so she can cheer on her favorite team. Carolyn is a voracious reader and loves all kinds of books, but she particularly enjoys joke books — they always make her laugh! She works hard no matter what she’s doing, and with a little help organizing she always completes her goals! Once she’s graduated, she has exciting plans for her future and if she could have any job, she’d be a delivery nurse to help create new families!

Carolyn would do well in either a one-parent or two-parent home and would do best as the youngest child in a home so she gets plenty of attention and support. She will thrive in a home with parents who take an interest in her hobbies and like to sit down to watch a game with her or try some fun science experiments together. It may take Carolyn some time to fully transition into a new adoptive home; parents need to be prepared to be patient as she learns to trust them. Parents who offer a stable, structured routine with expectations that don’t change day to day are ideal. Interested families should understand the impact trauma can have on children.
