Elizabeth

Elizabeth

We’re not sure if it’s gold, silver or bronze, but Elizabeth is a medalist nonetheless. “She is on the school’s bowling team and has received an award for scoring over 100 in a game,” explains one of her close adults. Elizabeth says that the bowling medal is what she takes the most pride in, but she also could score an honor in math at school because she’s quite good at it. Elizabeth enjoys technology, too. In addition to bowling, her other favorite activities are swimming, camping and playing cornhole. Elizabeth’s favorite board and card games are Egged On and Uno. She has an impressive lineup of favorite foods that could be divided into categories. Her favorite main dishes are chicken-flavored Ramen noodles and Hawaiian pizza. Elizabeth’s favorite snack foods are potato chips, Takis and Cool Ranch Doritos. For healthier fare, she prefers kiwi, watermelon, grapes and cherries. To top it all off, Elizabeth will take Froyo for dessert. Elizabeth says her favorite color is purple lilac, and her favorite animals are wolves and Pomeranians. She says she likes spending time with friends on the weekends and going to the rec center after school. “She would like to learn how to sew and crochet,” says one of Elizabeth’s close adults. “She also enjoys reading anime fantasy.” Elizabeth says her favorite holidays are Fourth of July and New Year’s Eve. She likes celebrating Independence Day with cookouts, swimming and fireworks, and she enjoys marking New Year’s Eve by snacking, playing games, staying up late and watching people sing as the big ball drops. She’d love to spend holidays with a future forever family. Elizabeth hopes they’ll do fun things together such as swimming and camping.

Elizabeth wants others to know that she connects well with people. “Elizabeth is family-oriented,” says one of her close adults. “She hopes for a family who is kind and understanding.”

Elizabeth’s new parent or parents also should be experienced and trauma informed. Elizabeth would do best as the youngest child in her new family. She would do well with a parent or parents who are patient and compassionate. Her family must seek any support services that would benefit Elizabeth.
