Become a Volunteer Mentor!

We are looking for men and women who are committed Christ followers to serve as volunteer mentors. This can be done one-on-one or with a friend or two. Our mentors meet for a couple hours a week to help aged-out foster youth with the basic life-skills they need to be healthy, successful, and independent young adults. Mentors will help with everything from interviewing skills, to budgeting, to goal setting, to Christian discipleship. You don’t need to be an expert! Our program materials will guide you. You just need availability and a willing heart. Most of these young people have never experienced the stability of adults they can truly count on. Will you prayerfully consider becoming a Grant Me Hope Mentor? Mentors are required to have a clean driving record and must pass a thorough criminal background check.
